Key Responsibilities:
• Drive national business growth by identifying and securing new clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s reach and market share.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
• Proactively approach potential clients to present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to new and existing clients.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Analyse market trends and opportunities to keep the company ahead of competitors.
• Accurately record and maintain sales activities in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking someone with:
• A proven track record in driving business growth in B2B sales, preferably within engineering, industrial, or facilities management sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value deals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of new business development initiatives.
• A confident and energetic personality, driven by achieving results.
• Experience working with blue-chip clients and an understanding of their requirements.
