Ardeta Search was created to establish a leadership search and acquisition partner that puts individuals at the centre of their philosophy and culture.  We know recruiment can be challenging and take time so we want to make it as positive and fun for everyone involved as we can.  Our culture and values are pivotal to us and frame how we operate as a recruitment agency. 

We work with organisations across the UK from Sheffield, Doncaster to London & across European hubs from Hamburg, Berlin, Munich & other key cities, to identify what type of leader they want in their team and identify a recruitment process in order to achieve this.  Leadership comes in many forms, leadership isn’t clear cut and neither are people.

Carmela is a talent acquisition dynamo with a passion for people. Since graduating with a Politics degree from Manchester University in 2013, she's harnessed her outgoing personality and networking prowess to recruit top HR, Transformation, and Technology professionals across the UK with keen focus on Yorkshire & London regions.

With experience spanning roles like Head of Account Management and Customer Success Manager, Carmela brings a strategic edge to partnering with businesses.

She specialises in placing leadership roles in sectors like Technology, HR, Sales, and Transformation - working with everyone from multinational enterprises to hyper-growth start-ups.

Carmela's approach is all about building long-term relationships. When organisations are navigating change or growth, she connects them with the perfect people to drive their success.

"Have you ever felt like the universe is calling out for you to make a change in your life?

Well I certainly did and hence Ardeta Search was born.  Setting up a recruitment agency in a competitive marketplace was a big decision but I know it was the right one at the right time and I’ve not looked back since.

I wanted to work for a business which fits my own personal values and professional aspirations to deliver the best talent for the industries and organisations we support.

We have three distinct recruitment service offerings set out below whether you are looking for permanent, interim or contract hires. 

Ardeta Exclusive.


We represent your brand & opportunity in the market exclusively ensuring quality of delilvery.

Upon successful placement an agreed fee is payable. 

Ardeta Retained.

A pro-active, exclusive scheduled process committed to delivery.  Where the recruitment search required may be more bespoke in nature we build in 3 stages of initiating the search, shortlisting and successful placement.  Payment is split between these three stages. 

Ardeta Achieve.

Where you have multiple hires in a short space of time we know recruitment projects can be daunting.  Our third offering is a subscribe and supply model for hyper growth organisations or project based pieces of recruitment (5+ hires). 

We agree a retained fee payable each month covering a specific period giving you access to an agreed amount of multiple hires throughout that period at a discount.
 
Partnering with hyper growth organisations to combine an inclusive and tailored search approach. We will work closely to understand your company’s vision to achieve your goals.  We provide strategic input on recruitment plans and processes.
