Our Search Process
We want to know all about you and your organisation!
The more we know about your history, your product & services, your leadership & strategy and fundamentally your brand the easier it will be to represent you in the market.
At this stage we define what skill sets, values and characteristics you are looking for in your search and we may challenge you on a few to ensure we are targeting the right individuals for the opportunity.
We continue to research what the unique working environment is like, what the team dynamics are like, the working style & approach & what specifics skills are required
After the creation of the “profile” we can now identify where we need to search in order to attract the right talent to the opportunity.
Using various innovative attraction techniques we target both active and passive candidates on the market.
This is where the search project initiates where we start to identify the leaders we want to engage with to highlight the opportunity we are representing.
Market mapping at this point is crucial so that we are best able to match candidates to the opportunity testing their competencies at each stage
Screening each candidate from the longlist for their suitability to the opportunity.
Each shortlist is presented with a synopsis of each individual matched to the agreed brief.
This is then moved to interview stage where there will be a structured interview framework for each candidate. Conducted either face to face, video conference or phone call.
Guidance through this stage of the process is critical. In a constantly evolving market we provide full offer management ensuring a unified search process from both sides.
As part of our ongoing agreement in each project we continue to support organisations through any counter offers, buy backs or bumps in the road before any candidate starts.
We are then in regular contact through their onboarding process to ensure each successful placement has the support they need to be a success
Regular aftercare intervals with both candidate & client to see how it’s all working out are scheduled.
At any stage we welcome feedback to provide a better service but critically we seek this out after this final stage.
We have three distinct service offerings set out below

Upon successful placement an agreed fee is payable.
A pro-active, exclusive scheduled process committed to delivery.
Where the search required may be more bespoke in nature we build in 3 stages of initiating the search, shortlisting and successful placement.
The fee is split between these three stages.
Where you have multiple hires in a short space of time we know recruitment projects can be daunting. Our third offering is a subscribe and supply model for hyper growth organisations or project based pieces of recruitment (5+ hires).
We agree a retained fee payable each month covering a specific period giving you access to an agreed amount of multiple hires throughout that period at a discount.
Partnering with hyper growth organisations to combine an inclusive and tailored search approach. We will work closely to understand your company’s vision to achieve your goals. We provide strategic input on recruitment plans and processes.
