Reward Manager : Hybrid

Ardeta Search is partnering with a large national organisation  with offices based in London, to recruit a Reward Manager on a permanent basis. 

 

As a Reward Manager you will be responsible for the reward policies, processes and procedures within the organisation. You will lead on reward activities such as bonus/Pay reviews, company care management and also other benchmarking relating to pay gaps. 

Key duties include: 

  • Managing the queries relating to reward and benefits schemes. 
  • Creating reports using the companies data to present to the board and senior leadership team. 
  • managing benefits vendors and ensuring the company benefits are competitive within the market. 
  • Managing the car pool for the company. 
  • Gender pay gap reporting to senior leadership team. 
  • ROI reporting and analysis. 

 

Skills: 

  • Must have experience working in a large matrix organisations. 
  • Experience in dealing with car fleets. 
  • Strong systems and reporting experience. 

 

This is an exciting role working for a large well known organisation in the UK. The salary is paying between £75000 - £80,000 + Benefits.
