Overview:

Ardeta Search is partnering with an Accountancy Practice in Sheffield to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the payroll services. You will manage a large portfolio of clients in a team of 9 payroll processors, overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse client portfolio, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and distribution of payroll statements.
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related queries from clients and employees.
