Overview:

Ardeta Search are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well established Sheffield brand with a long standing heritage linked with the city. Exclusively retained by our client we are looking to identify an ambitious and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing activities for our client’s organisation.

Reporting directly to the Owner & Board, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all touchpoints, including organic social media, email, e-commerce, and SEO.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and manage channel-specific and overarching digital marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Plan and execute all organic social media and email content in line with brand's visual and tone of voice guidelines
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders to execute brand vision across marketing channels
  • Accurately measure the performance of all digital activities, developing and managing best practice reporting
  • Champion the brand tone of voice, ensuring consistent communication with our customers and providing a first-class experience
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and provide insights and recommendations to the team


What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Professional knowledge of social media platforms and monitoring tools
  • Passionate about marketing with an in-depth understanding of the role social media plays in the DTC and E-commerce retail arena
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Creative thinker with a focus on engaging storytelling to impact a well established and growing organisation
  • Analytical and goal-oriented brain, able to develop and manage strategies that drive sales
  • Highly driven team player with effective communication and relationship-building skills


On offer:

  • Salary guide between £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid Working (60/40 split between office & home)
