Overview:
- Ardeta Search is partnering with a Global SaaS business to recruit a Pre-Sales consultant on a permanent basis. This is a remote role that will cover clients across Germany.
- The Presales Consultant is a key contributor in the sales process of our software company. This role involves leveraging technical expertise to understand and address customer software requirements, presenting our software products and solutions, and assisting in crafting persuasive software proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Requirements Assessment: Thoroughly grasp customer software needs and business goals through interactions with potential clients, conducting detailed discussions, and actively listening to their software-related requirements.
- Software Product Proficiency: Maintain a deep understanding of our software products, software solutions, and stay current with industry trends to effectively convey the value of our software offerings to customers.
- Software Solution Design: Collaborate with the software sales and software product development teams to design and propose customized software solutions that align with customer software needs.
- Software Presentations: Conduct software product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concept (PoC) sessions to showcase how our software solutions address customer software challenges.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance on software-related matters to customers, addressing their questions and concerns related to software solutions.
- Software Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of software proposals and quotations that align with customer software requirements, ensuring competitive pricing and clear communication of the value our software brings.
Skills:
- Possess a track record of success in a similar presales or technical sales role within the software industry.
- Exhibit a solid technical background with the ability to comprehend and explain intricate software concepts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and presentation skills, with a focus on articulating software solutions.
- Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in the context of software.
- Manage multiple customer software engagements simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced software environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales software tools is advantageous.
