Overview:

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in a high growth organisation built on the back of multiple decades of success. Ardeta Search are working with a highly dynamic and agile business who are looking to appoint a Portfolio & Land Acquisitions Manager to their team based in Yorkshire. In this role, you'll be a driving force behind the growth and management of our client’s expansive portfolio covering the UK.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Full Asset Lifecycle: You'll be at the forefront, guiding their portfolio through the entire journey - from identifying potential sites, to skilfully negotiating and securing land and properties.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, local authorities, subject experts, agents, and developers.
  • Project Ownership: Take charge of development and planning processes, overseeing projects from concept to completion.
  • Real Estate Management: Handle the real estate aspects of our freehold and leasehold assets, ensuring their success.

 

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Drive to Succeed: A self-starter with an unyielding determination to succeed.
  • Education: A degree-level qualification (2:1 minimum), preferably in a relevant field.
  • Professional Accreditation: Ideally, you'll be MRICS qualified or working towards it, with experience in acquisitions, land buying, commercial property.
  • Networking Expertise: Well-connected, with polished negotiation skills.
  • Commercial Insight: Sound understanding of commercial property and legal aspects.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, complemented by top-notch organizational skills.
  • Analytical Mind: Highly analytical, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Mobility: Possess a full driving license and the flexibility to travel across the UK
