Payroll Manager : London : Hybrid

London / permanent / £70,000 - £80,000

Ardeta Search is partnering with a well known national organisation to recruit a Payroll Manager on a Permanent basis.
 

 

This is an exciting opportunity reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will be managing a small team and running a weekly and monthly payroll of 8000. The role will require you to work on a hybrid basis. 



Your duties include: 
 

  • Managing the payroll team and ensuring all payroll activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Developing and maintaining payroll policies and procedures
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure accurate and timely input of data into the payroll system
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on payroll-related matters
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll data to external agencies
  • Leading on projects to improve payroll systems and processes
  • Providing advice to senior management on payroll-related matters
  • Managing and developing members of the payroll team, including carrying out regular performance reviews, setting objectives and managing absence and recruitment
  • Collaborating with HR and other teams to ensure effective communication and consistency in HR policies and practices
  • Developing and implementing payroll-related training and development programs for staff
  • Ensuring that the payroll team operates efficiently and effectively, and that work is completed to a high standard

 

Skills: 
 

  • Ideally you will be CIPP qualified. 
  • Strong management skills 
  • being able to run a weekly and monthly payroll. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well known organisation. The salary is paying between £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits.
