Ardeta Search are looking to speak with part qualified finance & accounting professionals in the South Yorkshire region for a fast paced exciting organisation who are consistenly broadening their product offering.
Due to consistent growth within their market our client, a leading organisation based in Sheffield, are looking for someone who would benefit from the opportunity to partner with departmental leads on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in a Finance team where internal progression and career development are key pillars of their organisational culture.
Working as part of a vibrant, close-knit team, you'll take ownership of the core month end reporting and play a key role in producing budgets and be exposed to ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Focus on annual revenue and/or capital budgets
- Assist in the preparation of company accounts.
- Month-end Journals / Reconciliations
- Preparation of management information
- Budget monitoring
- Salary monitoring
- Preparation of capital budgets
- Deliver comprehensive financial accounting
- Statutory declarations / VAT returns
- Cashflow management
- Provide financial analysis
The background we are looking for:
- The candidate should be AAT level 4 qualified as a minimum and currently studying for ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified and someone that is looking for your next step on the career ladder.
- You should have strong IT skills including Excel as well as good communication skills and attention to detail.
