Overview:
Ardeta Search is Partnering with a Global Manufacturing Business to recruit a Head of Sales based in Nice with additional travel in France, Spain and Monaco on a permanent basis.
As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for leading growth in the France, Spain and Monaco region. This role is a technical sales position and will be required to communicate with customers accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales strategies to meet targets for the region.
- Be responsible for the sales team in France, Spain and Monaco (4 People)
- Full responsibility for the commercial processes and customer activity.
- Manage and drive the agent and distributor network setting and measuring performance KPI’s.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of French & Spanish is desired.
- Experience within the Maritime & Naval industry.
- Identify, develop and deliver strategic business and marketing plans to achieve business targets by focussing activities in the highest potential areas.
- Develop and utilise the Sales Management Operating System to effectively maximise business opportunities and measure business performance.
- Provide high levels of leadership and support to drive the team, agents or distributors, ensuring support of all other business functions to meet expectations.
- Attend exhibitions and regular key customer visits, be the focal point for commercial decision making.
- Managing Systems and Projects. Responsible for negotiating all commercial terms with shipyards and shipowners.
This is an exciting role working with a well known brand in the maritime & naval industry. This role is paying between €70,000 - €80,000 + 25% Bonus + Benefits.
