Overview:
Ardeta Search is Partnering with a Global Manufacturing Business to recruit a Business Development Manager based in Hamburg with travel in Germany on a permanent basis.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible to increase market share across the key customers within the region.
Key Responsibilities.
- Partner with new and existing customers to build long lasting relationships.
- Help contribute to creating an overall sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
- Help exceed growth revenue with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients or partners. This includes demonstrating the value of the company's products or services.
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing business.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in German & English
- Strong experience in a similar Business Development role.
- Experience within Marine and Naval industries (Commercial & Private)
- strong analytical skills and have experience of using software tools to look at sales metrics.
- Travel around Germany.
- Experience with SAP is desired but not essential.
This is a brilliant role working with a leader in their industry. This is an exciting role paying circa €90,000 + 25% Bonus and other exciting benefits.
