Overview:

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Business Change Manager for a large IT organisation on a permanant basis. 
 

Join a well-established IT company launching a new Strategic Transformation team. As a Business Change Delivery Manager, you will be a vital part of a large and complex project, managing change within a particular work package or supporting the Change Manager or Head of Change Management with aspects of managing change within a larger project/programme.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop business change management plans, integrate them into project plans, and manage benefits and develop metrics to track success in routine or basic situations. You will also have the opportunity to monitor the progress of business change management activities, provide insightful recommendations, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on the delivery of business change management plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver training.
  • Will provide consultancy advice to senior stakeholders, peers and team members.
  • Supervise 1-2 professional staff or just be responsible for managing their own delivery and performance.
  • 5 years+ of Project management / Change Management experience with a proven track record delivering cross-functional change using agile or similar methodology.
  • Certified project manager via one or more of the following: Prince2, PMI (Project Management Institute), APM (Association for Project Management), CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
  • Experienced in preparing impacted teams for change - including establishing success criteria, completing impact assessments, providing training, creating suitable process/policy/guidelines documentation, and managing user acceptance testing.
  • Proven background in developing and delivering structured and reusable change communications - including face-to-face and remote delivery, for varying audiences (team huddle to department meeting), using presentations, FAQs and company communication channels.

Additional Information

This is an exciting permanent role paying between £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits.
